Vishal Jaiswal is the founder, promoter, and Chairman & Managing Director of Govindah Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. With over 8 years of experience in the milk and dairy industry, he plays a central role in shaping the company’s business strategy and operational roadmap.

He holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee and a PGDM from MDI, Gurgaon, along with having completed the CFA Program from CFA Institute, USA. His forward-thinking leadership continues to drive Govin Milk’s growth and innovation.

Manay Nath Thakur brings more than a decade of legal expertise to the board. He has been associated with the company since 2018 and plays an important advisory role in legal governance and strategic compliance.

 

A law graduate from the University of Pune, he also holds a diploma in Company Law and Mergers & Acquisitions from Indian Law School, and an LLM in International Commercial Law from Cardiff University, UK. As a practicing lawyer, his sharp legal acumen adds depth to the board’s decision-making processes.

Devyani Chajjed is a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in taxation, accounts, finance, and business management. She completed her Bachelor’s in Commerce in 2012 and became an Associate

 

Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2022. With over 8 years of experience, she contributes valuable insight into the financial health and governance structure of the company.

Manish Joshi brings expertise in corporate compliance and secretarial practices. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a certified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

 

With more than 3 years of experience in the field, he has previously served with Keti Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and currently works as Company Secretary at Mid Industries Ltd. His knowledge ensures robust governance and procedural clarity within the company.

Vishal Rastogi has a strong background in engineering and international business. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering (1996) and a postgraduate diploma in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT).

 

His industry knowledge and business acumen support strategic growth initiatives at Govin Milk, particularly in areas of expansion and operations.
